Just kidding, altough the pie tasted like heaven. A pie made of cocaine seeds and flavoured with "powder sugar" and ice cream. Or so the waitress said to us in some too fancy restaurant for us.
We have been in Moscow for two whole days and the experience has been unique. This is Mats first time in a million city and he has enjoyed himself very much. We have been walking around the city and used the subway and bus. Red Square with all its view was stunning and quite new experience for all of us. Three days in Moscow just isnt enough if u want to see everything that the city has to offer so we left out the boring stuff like museums altough we walked through an art park.
We have an amazing host here in the western district of Moscow. Her name is Venera Minakhmetova of Tatar heritage. Her family has treated us very well indeed. This has been a very nice experience of Russian hospitality. Venera showed us around the city and recommended places to go. We would have been totally lost without her today if she hadnt helped us buy the train tickets to Irkutsk, which is our next destination. The journeys duration is three days so thats a whole new experience for all of us, real trans siberian railing.
The travel bug has bitten and we all feel like its time to move on from Moscow to search for greener pastures!
